This is a great post workout protein, it tastes great and mixes well. I use just water and a blender bottle, and don't get big clumps like some other protein powders i've tried. No weird ingredients, and no weird symptoms afterwards.
I've only been using this post-workout for a couple days so I can only mention what I have discovered so far. I've just started working out and although I've only been doing cardio and a little bit of weights, I would feel incredibly sore and could barely move which led to me having less workouts and more recovery days. After trying Best Factor's post-workout, my soreness was less pronounced so I was able to have less recovery days and more workout days so I feel like it is working as intended. Surprisingly, I was able to fully dissolve this powder without a shaker bottle and only using a mixing stick. Flavor wasn't that great but what matters is the result. If flavor is important, I'd suggest using this powder to make a protein shake.
Mixes up well into a smooth consistency. It has a pleasant taste. Even my teenaged boys use it and like it.
