   I got this bottle of weight loss supplements near the middle of Nov. I took the entire bottle in 30 days and then waited a few weeks to write my review to see if my results would last. It doesn’t s now the end of January and here’s my experience with this supplement.

   They are large. I really wish somebody would find a way to squish stuff into a smaller, easier to swallow package. That is probably the only bad thing I can find wrong with them.

   They are not a magic pill. I didn’t go into this ordeal expecting these to magically remove my excessive booty. I did, however, hope they would make my weight loss journey a little easier and a little more productive. I was not disappointed.

   I have a large appetite. I’m constantly hungry and as a result, overeat. By a lot. My personal vice and downfall is sweets. I never met a candy, cake, donut, or pie I would turn down. Naturally, normal people can’t expect to eat crap and stay slim and healthy. I try to avoid these things but unfortunately have zero willpower.

   I started taking these on a Monday. The first week I didn’t notice any difference. Like at all. No energy. Ate all the brownies. Hated myself in the morning. You know the drill. Don’t even pretend you don’t. You are here reading weight loss supplement reviews for a reason.

   By the middle of the second week I noticed that I wasn’t eating as much as before. I was going longer between meals and snacking less. By the end of week two I had lost a whopping 2 pounds. Ok. Well at least I hadn’t gained any.

   Week three was much, much better. By the end of the week I had practically eliminated the between meal snacks. My weight loss total was up to 7 lbs.

   Week four I had confidence that I could actually pull this off. I got rid of a lot of my sweet crutches and was making better food choices. My grand total loss for the month was 10 pounds. Not too shabby!

   I would advise anyone trying these supplements to go into it with an open mind and realistic expectations. They work, but you still have to put some effort into it. Make better food choices and these will help with the willpower to not eat all the things.

   After 3 kids and aging I have noticed that my metabolism is not what it used to be. In fact, at my last well woman’s appointment my doctor nicely stated that since I was no longer nursing I needed to try and cut down on my caloric intake since not as many calories are being burned each day 🙂

   I had been looking for something that could help curb my appetite, because I am still has hungry as I was nursing, but that wouldn’t make me super jittery like others I have tried before kids. So far, this has fit the bill. It has helped me to work down my appetite and has not caused me to be jittery. As an added bonus it has given me some added energy which super since I always feel like a walking zombie with 3 kids.

   Overall I have been quite pleased with BF Max and look forward to continued success using it!
